Benefits of Fasting

My food contains glucose, the fuel that feeds the trillions of healthy cells in my body. But that glucose also feeds something else, zombie cells, old damaged cells that have lingered beyond their useful life. By spewing toxic sludge, these zombies infect other healthy cells, speeding up the aging process, everything from hair loss and wrinkles to the onset of arthritis, cancer, and dementia. But what scientists have realized is that when we fast and cut off the supply of glucose, that zombie army is starved of energy, which saps them of their power. When food is plentiful, our body stores excess energy in the form of fat under the skin and around the internal organs.

When food is scarce, that fat is sent to the liver where it's turned into an alternative fuel source called a ketone. And as these ketones which provide the emergency power source, not only for our bodies, but also our brains.

JOE BIDEN LIKELY HAS ONLY DAYS LEFT TO LIVE

2 weeks ago I reported that they were planning to kill him and make it look like natural causes. THE STAGE IS BEING SET FOR THAT NOW!

The President is currently in significantly worse condition than is being disclosed publicly (Per Laura Loomer) and has canceled 9 trips scheduled over the next two weeks.

‼️PREPARE FOR PHASE 2‼️ Kamala Harris is behind Trump in the polls right now. However, if they can install her in the Oval Office before November, they believe she will win as a sitting President. Then it’s time for the final blow! A law allowing illegal immigrants to vote will be passed… making it impossible for any other party to win again for decades. An era of communism and corrupt one-party control like never seen before will grip the United States. Millions more third-world immigrants will flood the country, making it look a lot more like Africa than the country we grew up in.

Unfortunately for Joe, there is no guarantee what they are about to do to him will be quick, or even painless.

3 options are being considered:

1- Inject him with poison that makes it look like a heart attack. He will suffer a quick death in this scenario, but it will be excruciatingly painful.

2- Infect him with a lab-engineered virus that has a near 100% fatality rate and blame it on Covid. This approach is by far the most brutal, as he will struggle for an extended time while experiencing an extremely uncomfortable death.

3- Suffocation using a medical device, such as a breathing tube. This is highly deceptive as it can appear indistinguishable from dying due to old age. A truly terrifying way to go!

Google searches for “Is Joe Biden Dead” are spiking because people are starting to catch on to what is really happening.

50 years of loyalty to a party… only to be discarded in a ditch like trash. Do not underestimate how desperate and evil these psychopaths really are!

Amapiano stars Kabza De Small and Kelvin Momo in legal battle over contract dispute

Kabza De Small and Kelvin Momo, have found themselves entangled in a legal battle over contract disputes that have rocked the industry. The escalating conflict has not only put a strain on their professional relationship but has also cast a shadow over their once-close personal friendship.

The discord between the two musical heavyweights arose from a contract disagreement between Kelvin Momo and Kabza De Small's record label, PianoHub. Momo, who was signed under PianoHub, alleges that the label failed to uphold their contractual obligations, including the timely payment of royalties every six months and effective promotion of his music.

According to reports, Momo claims that Kabza's company did not fulfill its promises regarding the promotion of his 2020 project, "Momo's Private School," and the securing of endorsements. Additionally, Momo asserts that Kabza De Small's team neglected to inform distributors and publishers that their contractual agreement had ended, leading to payment discrepancies that allegedly benefitted the label over the artist.

The dissatisfaction with these alleged breaches prompted Kelvin Momo to take significant legal action by filing a lawsuit in the Johannesburg High Court. In his legal filing, Momo is demanding a substantial R1 million in compensation for unpaid royalties and the failure of PianoHub to meet its contractual obligations. This move signifies a decisive step by Momo to address the unresolved contract disputes and seek redress for what he perceives as injustices.

No more goodie bags and other niceties as new DA KZN Public Works and Infrastructure MEC cuts costs.

The DA in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) welcomes the decision by newly appointed Public Works and Infrastructure (PW&I) MEC Martin Meyer to reduce unnecessary expenditure on niceties - including goodie bags for guests and politicians, along with new banners and billboards - in the run up to the province’s budget process.

The announcement, in the form of a departmental circular issued late last week, is in line with KZN Premier, Thami Ntuli’s call to ensure that every Rand is spent on the people of our province.

MEC Meyer’s courageous decision shows a firm commitment to this while also acknowledging the severe strain that the provincial budget is currently under.

Seemingly simple things, such as not printing glossy PW&I budget pamphlets, using existing promotional materials - as opposed to procuring new ones - and eliminating budget day goodie bags for guests and politicians all mean more money can be spent where it matters.

The MEC has further announced that there will be no new diaries with his image on them, no new framed photographs of him in every KZN PW&I office and definitely no new billboards with his image as they do not speak to the department’s mandate.

The move sends a clear message that MEC Meyer is serious about ensuring that public funds are used to improve the lives of KZN’s people.

The MEC has committed to turning around his department and making it an example of good governance. He has further committed to ensuring that the needs of KZN’s residents are placed at the forefront of all decisions taken by this office.

The DA will continue to offer alternatives and positive solutions to the challenges we may encounter, allowing us to showcase our track record of good governance. We have one goal - to build a better KZN, for all.

The Journey of South African Travel Vloggers: Turning Passion into Profit

The Journey of South African Travel Vloggers: Turning Passion into Profit

Travel vlogging has become a popular career choice for many in South Africa. The combination of stunning landscapes, diverse cultures, and vibrant cities offers endless content for creative minds. But how exactly do these travel vloggers turn their passion into a profitable career? Let’s dive into the world of South African travel vloggers to uncover their secrets.

The Passion and the Dream

It all starts with a dream. South African travel vloggers are often passionate about exploring new places and sharing their experiences with the world. This passion drives them to create content that is engaging, authentic, and relatable. The journey begins with a camera, a sense of adventure, and a lot of enthusiasm.

Building an Audience

The first step to making money as a travel vlogger is to build an audience. This involves creating high-quality content that resonates with viewers. South African vloggers often focus on showcasing the unique beauty of their country, from the breathtaking views of Table Mountain to the bustling streets of Johannesburg. They tell stories that connect with people, making viewers feel like they are part of the journey.

Social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook are essential tools for reaching a wider audience. Vloggers need to be consistent in posting content and engaging with their followers. This helps to build a loyal community of viewers who eagerly await their next adventure.

Monetizing Content

Once a vlogger has built a substantial following, they can start monetizing their content. There are several ways to do this:

1. Ad Revenue: Platforms like YouTube share ad revenue with creators. Vloggers can earn money based on the number of views and clicks their videos receive. The more popular the content, the higher the potential earnings.

2. Sponsorships and Brand Deals: Brands are always looking for influencers to promote their products. Travel vloggers can partner with tourism boards, hotels, airlines, and other travel-related companies. These partnerships often include sponsored trips, free products, or financial compensation in exchange for promoting the brand in their videos.

3. Affiliate Marketing: Vloggers can earn commissions by promoting products or services through affiliate links. When viewers click on these links and make a purchase, the vlogger earns a percentage of the sale. This is common with travel gear, booking platforms, and other travel-related services.

4. Merchandise Sales: Many vloggers create their own merchandise, such as T-shirts, hats, or travel accessories, which they sell to their audience. This not only generates income but also helps to strengthen their brand and community.

5. Crowdfunding and Donations: Platforms like Patreon allow viewers to support their favorite creators through monthly donations. This provides vloggers with a steady income stream and enables them to continue creating high-quality content.

Navigating Challenges

Being a travel vlogger in South Africa comes with its own set of challenges. The country’s diverse landscapes and cultures offer plenty of opportunities, but they also require vloggers to be adaptable and resourceful. Access to reliable internet can be an issue in remote areas, making it difficult to upload content regularly.

Safety is another concern. Vloggers need to be aware of their surroundings and take precautions when traveling to less secure areas. It’s important to have a good understanding of the local culture and customs to avoid any misunderstandings or conflicts.

The Role of SEO

Search engine optimization (SEO) plays a crucial role in the success of travel vloggers. By optimizing their content for search engines, vloggers can increase their visibility and attract more viewers. This involves using relevant keywords, creating engaging titles and descriptions, and ensuring that their content is easily discoverable.

For South African travel vloggers, this means incorporating keywords related to popular destinations, travel tips, and local attractions. They need to stay updated on trending topics and adjust their content strategy accordingly.

Staying Authentic

One of the key factors that set successful travel vloggers apart is their authenticity. Viewers can easily spot when someone is being genuine versus when they are simply trying to sell something. South African vloggers who stay true to their roots and share their real experiences are more likely to build a loyal following.

This authenticity also extends to how they interact with their audience. Responding to comments, asking for feedback, and creating content based on viewer suggestions can help vloggers build a strong community. It’s about making viewers feel valued and involved in the journey.

Embracing Creativity

Creativity is at the heart of travel vlogging. South African vloggers often come up with unique ways to present their content, whether it’s through storytelling, cinematography, or engaging challenges. They experiment with different formats, such as travel guides, daily vlogs, and adventure series, to keep their content fresh and exciting.

Editing is another crucial aspect. High-quality editing can make a significant difference in how viewers perceive the content. Vloggers need to invest time in learning editing skills and using software that enhances their videos.

Leveraging Social Media

Apart from YouTube, social media platforms play a vital role in a travel vlogger’s success. Instagram is particularly popular among South African vloggers for sharing stunning photos and short clips of their travels. Stories and reels allow them to connect with their audience in real-time and provide behind-the-scenes glimpses of their adventures.

Facebook and Twitter are also useful for engaging with followers, sharing updates, and promoting new content. TikTok, with its rapidly growing user base, has become another valuable platform for travel vloggers to reach a younger audience through short, engaging videos.

Learning and Growing

The journey of a travel vlogger is a continuous learning process. Trends and algorithms are always changing, so vloggers need to stay informed and adaptable. Attending workshops, joining online communities, and networking with other creators can provide valuable insights and opportunities for growth.

Feedback from viewers is another essential aspect of learning. Constructive criticism can help vloggers improve their content and better meet the needs of their audience. It’s important to stay humble and open to feedback, as this fosters a positive relationship with viewers.

The Future of Travel Vlogging in South Africa

The future looks bright for South African travel vloggers. With the increasing accessibility of technology and the growing interest in digital content, there are more opportunities than ever before. As long as vloggers continue to innovate, stay authentic, and connect with their audience, they can build successful and sustainable careers.

Moreover, the travel industry in South Africa is poised for growth. As the country continues to attract tourists from around the world, there will be more demand for authentic and engaging travel content. Vloggers have the unique opportunity to showcase the beauty and diversity of South Africa, inspiring others to explore and appreciate what the country has to offer.
