- Understanding of Azure DevOps, Active Directory, IIS, Kerberos Security Architecture, Power Shell, STSADM
and Central Admin functionality, SharePoint Web Access, SharePoint Disk Usage, SharePoint System Monitoring, SharePoint backups/restores
- Detailed knowledge of SharePoint Farm Level setup and configuration.
- Knowledge of Search Configuration, business connectivity services, business data catalogue
- ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2008/2012/2017/2019, SQL Server reporting services, SharePoint 2010
development, JavaScript, .NET Framework 3.5/4.0, ADO.NET 3.5/4.0, UML, IIS, LINQ, Windows development,
Silverlight, WPF, Windows Communication Foundation, Visual Studio, MS TFS, Release management
- Understanding / experience in RPA / Machine Learning
- A good understanding of enterprise architecture
- Understanding of Microsoft Cloud Services
- Business thinking, problem structuring and problem-solving ability

- Strong people management (leadership) skills in a multidisciplinary environment

Strong People management experience Insurance Industry background
QUALIFICATIONS:
University graduate (B.Sc. Computer Science or M.Sc. preferable) with previous experience as IT Manager in financial services
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification an advantage
- TOGAF Certification an advantage
- 7+ years managing a development team
- Background in designing / developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Previous digital transformation and data and analytics management experience
