Call Centre Agent (Hospitality) Are you looking for a Call Centre role? Are you available immediately? We are expanding our operations and are looking for Call Centre agents who can join our International Contact Centre based in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Average of 60-70 calls a day per agent
- Provide support for general hotel reservations, including new bookings, cancellations, modifications, and reconfirmations
- Agents will be upskilled over time to more complex/higher-value interactions as business needs require
