We are in search of like-minded team players to join our high-performing Property Practitioners Regional Team with a proven track record in your farming area!
What will you be responsibilities for:
- Meeting our customers in the comfort of their own homes.
- Providing your expertise using your extensive local knowledge, our smart data and valuation tool in collaboration with the latest market activity to produce a competitive market-related valuation;
- Provide excellent assistance and professional advice to help our customer to maximize their home selling potential in order to attract their buyers;
- Thoroughly understand Leadhome’s value proposition in the market and how technology drives our business so we can deliver an excellent experience for you and our customers;
- Be fully technology and data-savvy
- Continuously learning and exploring the latest technologies, skills, applications and marketing platforms to support the business and your clients;
- Maintain a full and in-depth understanding of all legal processes, documents, and property transaction requirements, including the sales process from Mandate to the Offer to Purchase;
- Must be a team player as you will form part of a high-performing team working, collaboratively;
- Attend and participate in crucial weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings within Leadhome Properties.Â
Requirements
- Love your clients;
- Be passionate about Real Estate - this is a full-time role;
- Open-minded and keen to work differently to disrupt the industry with us;
- High performing;
- Hard-working;
- Tech-savvy;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Great at conflict handling;
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and within a team environment;
- To know your market inside- out;
- Data-driven and with the ability to interpret data;
- Proficient with social media tools and marketing knowledge with a will to engage daily with mainstream social platforms;
- Professional degree Or 1 year+ real estate experience in the residential sector
- Valid FFC
- Preference will be given to NQF 4 applicants
- Priority will be given to a full status PDE qualified practitioner.
